Conference room 2-3-4

The 2-3-4 meeting room, with 992 seats and 260 desks, is the largest meeting room in the Gijiri Hotel and an ideal venue for large events.

This meeting room is formed by combining three meeting rooms, typically in a herringbone classroom layout. It can also be reconfigured to accommodate up to 200 additional seats and additional simultaneous interpretation equipment.

This meeting room is equipped with Panasonic daylight projectors and NewTek video recording and live streaming equipment. An additional projection screen is also installed in the ceiling so that participants in the back rows can clearly see the projected image in front.
