Conference room 2-3-4

With a seating capacity of 992 and 260 desks, Conference Room 2-3-4 is the largest hall on offer at Gigiri, making it ideal for big events.

Combining three conference rooms, it is usually set up classroom-style in a fishbone layout. It can be reconfigured to accommodate up to 200 additional seats and extra interpretation equipment.

The room features Panasonic daylight projectors and a NewTek video for recording video and for live streaming. Extra projection screens are mounted on the ceiling to enable participants at the back of the room to have a clear projected view of the front.
